SANTEISM

Sante-ism

Who would have guessed something as trivial as sudden jerks in pharynx would lead to a phenomena so popular as breathing itself, atleast for us.The word "Sante" was as common a word as was "hashais", yet it had something about it that made us smirk at its every single occurence.

It was a phenomenon rightfully derived from (with all due respect) our sir S_N_T_ B_R.He didn't try to do comedy yet he was comedy, It was like "Nuwakot was i^^eeenvaded in eighteeeeii^^n...." which would send out psychoanalytic waves of humour faster than light funnier than gamma rays.It is believed the time between and event_Sante and induced laughter tends to zero, almost bordering precognition. It is as if people know it's going to happen way before it actually does.

I don't know whether the recognition of the phenomenon still exists, or has it even surpassed the gates of the school??, i just don't know, But i feel it's sort of our culture that we carry with us and have a responsibility of transferring it to the next generation and hopefully to the new world.Let's just hope someday when Bush goes SANTE live on CNN ,we won't be only ones laughing like a wierdo.

That google earth pic beside the article brings to me an entirely different nostalgia.... When scrutinizing details like trying to find a camouflaged grasshopper on grassy lawns..I was able to spot almost all the tiniest detail on the pic itself...the cricket pitch...the platform....two huge trees infront of 10 and 11 each(though not the flag pole)...I could see GBS from anywhere...Everyone must atleast once try to google the google earth and download the pic of GBS...
